We are committed to ensuring that every donation has the greatest possible impact, making every dollar go as far as possible. You can view full financials in our annual reports. In 2024, 74% of income went to international expenditure, while the remainder was spent on essential operational costs, which we keep to a minimum. This allows us to sustain our work and grow the reach of our projects.

Yes, donations of $2 and above are tax-deductible within Australia. Merchandise purchases, however, do not qualify for tax deductions.

For single donations, please email [email protected], with your donation details, and we’ll send your receipt right away. If you’re a regular donor, we’ll provide an annual receipt in July for the previous financial year. Make sure to check your junk mail, and If you haven’t heard from us by the end of August, or you need your statement sooner, reach out.

To cancel or adjust your monthly donation, log in to your account on our Raisely campaign page using the email address linked to your donation. Use the ‘Manage My Donation’ button at the bottom of your monthly donor newsletter, or at the bottom of our website. Navigate to your profile and select the option to manage your recurring donation, where you can update payment details, change the donation amount, or cancel the donation. Yes, you can choose to direct your gift to a specific program or leave it for general purposes, which allows us to allocate funds where they’re needed most.

Workplace Giving

Workplace giving allows you to make regular donations to Love Mercy directly from your pre-tax salary. If your employer offers this option, it’s a simple and tax-effective way to support our work. Love Mercy have a number of platforms you can work with and also initiate this in your workplace.

Donations through workplace giving are processed via payroll, and your contributions will appear on your end-of-year tax statement.
